Take a quick tour of the Tasks page, which is like your home page for Aconex.
The Tasks page is like your Aconex home page. It lists the tasks that you need to action, which projects you are on and provides shortcuts to some common actions.
A task is an item that requires action or attention from you.
At the top you can see the project you are currently viewing. Click this to switch to another project. You can also select a project from the list on the left.
Here's all the mail and other processes requiring your action on this project. Click on a mail to view the details. You'll see tasks for other modules such as Documents and Workflows further down the page.
Up top is your main navigation around Aconex. Click a module name to see options such as creating mail, or uploading documents. The available modules and options can differ depending on your permissions and your project configuration.
On smaller screens the complete list of modules may be hidden. Click the down arrow on the far right for more module options such as Setup.
