What is Oracle Aconex High Compliance?

Oracle Aconex High Compliance Environments are physically separated, highly secure cloud instances designed for government, defense, and critical infrastructure projects. They provide Aconex's core project collaboration and document management tools while adhering to rigorous data security and regulatory standards.

Access High Compliance

Visit the Login page and select your High Compliance instance from the list.

Key functionality

High Compliance instances are configured with the several login and security behaviors:


Login and authentication

  • Every time you log in to Aconex you'll need to agree to the system use notification that appears on the login screen.
  • You can log in to Aconex on two different devices or browsers at the same time. This means you can only have two active login sessions at the same time. Learn more
  • All non-SSO users must use a password that's 15-100 characters long. It must have at least 8 different characters from your current password and contain at least 4 different character types: capitals, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
  • All non-SSO users must use two-step verification (2SV). 
  • The default password expiry is set at 45 days. An Org Admin can increase this to 60 days if required.
  • You will be automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
  • If you haven't accessed your account after 30 days it will be automatically disabled. Your Org Admin can enable it again for you so you can regain access.

Project configuration and user settings

  • The project invitation mode is set to Explicit only for all projects. This means only Project Administrators can add users to projects. This also means users have no access to the global directory.
  • You cannot create guest users in any organization or invite them on any project.
  • Your email notification preference can be set to either Notification only, or None. The mail body and attachments are not sent.

Document uploads

  • Users can choose either the new upload or classic upload. The new enhanced upload is not currently available for High Compliance.
