Browser configuration

Make sure all users are running supported web browsers and recommended configurations. Install 64-bit browsers where available for best performance.

• Allow popups from Aconex to allow users to view and edit files with Microsoft Office Online.
• Add the Aconex web address to trusted sites or allow lists in ad blockers to ensure in-app help, release notifications, and update messages display correctly. 

Network and firewall configuration

• Allow *.customer-oci.com through your corporate firewall to ensures users can upload and download files on Aconex without errors. 
• For reference you can view the links for each Aconex instance and Lobby.

Note we're unable to provide IP addresses for Aconex instances as they change often. Please use URL-based rules for your firewall/allowlists.

Email delivery

Review and apply recommendations to improve the receivability of emails to and from Aconex.

Security settings

Enforce a higher level of security for users accessing Aconex.
