Welcome to the Roundup for March 2025. In this issue, we revisit releases November 2024 through to February 2025, and highlight some features you may have missed.

Send more in Packages

  • Get some time back in your day with increased limits in Packages.
  • We've increased the document limit on Package Transmittals, so you can send more documents in one go.
  • Add up to 3,000 documents to a single Package. 
  • Plus you can send up to 10 packages in one go.

It's easy to focus in Models

  • Use color to highlight a particular model, and set others as transparent so you can find what you need.
  • Double click a model in the list to quickly zoom to it.
  • Click the eye icon to show or hide a model instantly.
  • Switch to the table list to manage models or load them in bulk.

Time saving updates for Project Admins

  • We added a bunch of new search fields to the List My Projects screen to help you find projects fast. 
  • Need to archive lots of projects? Now you can select multiple projects and set them to archive access in one go. 
  • We've rebuilt Document Numbering from the ground up, so you can create numbering schemes using document fields, project fields, or a combination of both.

Noteworthy mentions

  • Cost users have more consistent information by sharing configured manual fields with other organizations. Plus all columns are now included if you export reports in Control Elements, Schedule Activities, Direct Actuals, Downstream and Upstream contracts.
  • Find your Lobby Admin in the organization directory. 
  • Org Admins have a new permission asset to restrict which users can request an archive quote.
  • We've updated the mail types screen so it's easy to see what's been configured for each type. 
  • For sensitive projects, you can limit the information that is included in Mail notifications on your project. You'll find the preference Limited Mail Module Notification in your project-wide preferences.
  • Decide which projects you want to share your report to, rather than sharing to all projects by default.
